PRODUCT INFO
Pollock's Toy Shop began with Benjamin Pollock, a Victorian publisher of toy theatres, whose shop closed in 1936. His business was revived by Alan Keen after his death but soon went bankrupt by 1951. The original shop's legacy continued through Marguerite Fawdry, who established Pollock's Toy Museum in 1955, and through Benjamin Pollock's Toyshop (the current shop), a separate business that was opened in Covent Garden in 1980, maintaining the historic name and business.
