Broadway Market, illustrated by Natsko Seki, is an 8-panel folding book, that unfolds to a market square, shops on the outside, market stalls inside. It comes with a series of die-cut figures and shoppers, as well as four cards of the objects that can be found in the shops. Aside from an interactive game, and glorious artwork, it is also a celebration of the diversity, energy, and individuality that can be found in markets everywhere, but in this case the markets of London. Printed and published in England, using sustainable paper, vegetable-based inks, and love.

PRODUCT INFO
Born in 1976, Natsko grew up in Tokyo, and studied educational psychology at Keio University in Tokyo before moving to England. She graduated with a B.A. Illustration (Hons) from University of Brighton in 2005, and made her way to London where she now works on an increasing number of worldwide commissions.
Her illustrated book Broadway Market, was shortlisted at World illustration Awards 2021. Her works have been published by Louis Vuitton and Phaidon Press. She is also an author of two children’s books. Her Illustrations are permanently displayed at the City of Bath World Heritage Centre, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and Whittington Health NHS Trust in London. Her limited edition prints have been sold at the shops at Victoria and Albert Museum, London Transport Museum, Tate Gallery, and Dulwich Picture Gallery.
Inspired by flora and fauna, buildings, and people from different cultures, some of Natsko’s landscape consists of thousands of layers, digitally collaged with her photographs, drawings, and found textures.
