This is an simple cut out and make theatre circus filled with charming characters. The characters are printed on black so if little hands can't cut the finer detail it will still look charming. Louise Burgess is the illustrator behind the wini-tapp brand. The first cut and make puppets were designed for a children's workshop some six years ago and seeing the imagination ignited in the children creating and making these puppets, decided to make them more widely available to a bigger market.
