PRODUCT INFO
Exquisitely carved wooden sculptures, toys and figures come from the ancient settlement of Bogorodskoye. Some of the toys are activated by a push-button action, others by a swinging ball. The most familiar Bogorodskoye carving is "Misha" the Bear. Wood carvers have depicted him in a wide range of themes and subjects. Bogorodskoye was known as Медвежий угол (Bear Corner)because of the thick woods surrounding it.
