Handmade hand-embroidered felt Russian doll - medium

Heidi Kerrison (AKA Dilly Dilly) is a designer maker based In Norwich, Norfolk. She has a varied artistic background. Initially Heidi studied textile design, then a degree in Ceramics and Textiles and finally completed a M.A. in Illustration at Central St Martins. Some time later she started a family and started sewing again for her daughters. She made them clothes, toys and soft furnishings and sold lots of her creations at Craft Fairs around Norfolk. In recent years she has explored hand embroidery, both in making, teaching and holding workshops. From a young age she has always loved the slow and mindful process of hand stitching and was involved with the Embroiderers Guild at Primary School. Each and every item she makdes fro FuzzypegFolk is designed and handmade by Heidi herself.
