This lovely little table and chairs have been hand-painted in the typical colours and design of the village of Szék (Sic) in Transylvania. Would look perfect with the matching little cupboard (separate price).

PRODUCT INFO
The traditional colours of Szék (Sic) village in Transylvania are red and black. These colours represent the tragedy of the Tartar massacre on 24th August 1717 when 90% of the villagers were killed - only 100 people survived. After this the village people changed their folk costume to just black ( for mourning) and red ( for blood) and wear these colours to this day.
