Vintage Pinocchio book

A sweet, vintage book illustrated by well-known author and illustrator Lois Lenski and published in 1948. She was a Newbery Medal-winning author and illustrator of picture books and children's literature and from 1927 she published 98 books. The original Pinocchio story, written by Carlo Collodi, was published in 1883!
